Mood of the Day (2016) - Movie Review
Hello! Day 2! How are you doing? Finally, a Korean movie.π
The lady in this one was
the wife in Flower of Evil, while the guy was the lead doctor from Romantic
Doctor 1. He was a pervert there too.
The girl is in a 10-year
relationship with a clot pole (get the Merlin reference?), her friend is getting married to her high school
boyfriend after dating him for just 3 months, she is a boss at an advertising
agency and her secretary is the ghostess from Oh My Ghostess. She used to be a
pious woman until she met the male lead. He corrupted her within one day. Moral
lesson: Avoid womanizers.
The guy is a womanizer
who will probably get AIDs last last, if he doesn’t change his ways. He is also
a top basketball scout/agent whose charge has run away and he has to go all
over Korea to find him.
They spend the day (and
night) together and say goodbye, she decides to break up with her fiancΓ©e of
many years. The girl then had lunch with her friends and badmouthed the guy (even
though she now liked him), not knowing he was in the same restaurant, this time
to propose to her because he had seen the errors of his way and was hearing her.
Well, the relationship sank like the Titanic, this time before setting sail at
all.
Sometime later, she found
out, went to meet him, stopped him at Airport. Watch the movie to know the
ending, my dear.
Lovely movie. Most times when the guy talks, you will say, Chai! This is a Yoruba demon in Korean flesh
o. If you’re someone like me who can laugh it all off and fast-forward parts,
its PG-13. Otherwise, its 16. That’s my rating though.
I’ll give the movie a 7
out of 10 because the girl was not a badass.
Adios, my darlings. Thank you for reading.
